Inland Participants (Inside Canada)

Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice: Strict Non-Refundable Policy All registration payments are strictly non‑refundable. This policy is standard and applies uniformly to all registered participants, including both international delegations and inland attendees

⚠️ Visa Refusal & Alternative Options A visa refusal does not qualify for a refund. However, to support your commitment, participants unable to attend due to visa issues may be offered a discounted rate for a future GYIJ program.

⚠️ Event Cancellation by Organizers Full refunds will only be issued in the exceptional circumstance that the event is officially cancelled by the organizers. In this case, details on the return process will be sent directly to you.

⚠️ Administrative Fee for Exceptional Cases In rare, exceptional situations where a refund is manually reviewed and approved by the board, a $200 CAD administrative fee will be strictly deducted from the total amount.
