Refund Policy

⚠️ Registration & Ticket Transfers All standard registrations for the Global Youth Innovation Journey (GYIJ) are final and non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, personal choices, or health reasons, their ticket is 100% transferable to a future GYIJ program or to another eligible delegate upon written request to our support team.

⚠️ Event Cancellation by Organizers A full 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method in the exceptional circumstance that the event is officially cancelled by the organizers

⚠️ Disclaimers The FEAV Foundation provides personalized invitation letters to support your visa application but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa issuance is entirely at the discretion of the Government of Canada. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 14 business days of approval.

⚠️ Special Exception for Official Visa Refusals We understand that international travel is subject to government immigration policies. In the event that your Canadian temporary resident visa (visitor visa) application is officially refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), you are eligible for a partial refund.

You will receive a 70% refund ($700 CAD)

Administrative Fee

The FEAV Foundation will strictly retain a non-refundable 30% administrative fee ($300 CAD) to cover upfront operational expenses, speaker deposits, and Ottawa venue booking costs.

Requirements

You must email a clear, scanned copy of your official, unaltered IRCC refusal letter to our support team within 14 days of the date printed on the letter. The name on the IRCC letter must match your registration. Refund transfer charges are delegates responsibilities
