Visas & Official Documents
Do you provide official invitation letters?
Yes. We issue personalized invitation letters exclusively to registered and fully paid participants to support their travel authorizations.
Do you provide visa support for international delegates?
Yes. We provide a formal Visa Support Letter addressed to IRCC to strengthen the participant’s visa application by confirming their event registration and the legitimacy of the FEAV Foundation.
Is a generic invitation letter available for download?
No. To comply with international safety and immigration standards, we do not provide generic invitation letters under any circumstances.
Logistic & Certifications
Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
No, accommodation is not included. However, a curated list of recommended, secure, and affordable partner hotels and student residences in Ottawa will be provided to all registered delegates shortly.
Will I receive an official certificate after the event?
Yes — all registered attendees who actively participate in the summit will receive an official Certificate of Participation signed by the Executive Directorate.
Is the GYIJ an immigration or path-to-residency program?
No. The Global Youth Innovation Journey (GYIJ) is strictly an educational and leadership conference. It does not grant immigration status, work permits, or residency in Canada
